Physical games or video games

Video games are games that exist online. The difference between video games and physical games is video games require electronics in order to play it,and physical games don't require electronics and can be played and experienced in real life and not online.Video games can cause harmful impacts like, near sightness, eyestrain, dropping out of school, not being able to enjoy the outside world, not spending enough time with family, and can disrupt your sleeping schedule if you play way too much. Although video games may have negative impacts, it still can have positive impacts on you. For example, teaching you life skills, feeling joy when playing it which can help you pass time.
You could get near sightedness by playing too much on a video game. This happens because your eyes focus so much on the electronic screen, and playing too long reduces your blinking which could make your eyes dry and might cause nearsightedness. This could affect a person's life a lot, because if you get nearsighted you won't see things clearly far away and can only see what's near you. This can make someone's life harder because not being able to see more things ahead of you can cause danger. For instance you may not see construction signs, traffic lights,or cars that are coming your way.
Video games also have something called “blue light” that exists in the screen of your device. This light can cause nearsightedness, eye strain, and not let your eyes blink as much naturally.Blue light also can disrupt your sleeping habits because it ruins melatonin. Melatonin is a natural hormone your brain produces to react to night time or darkness, helping your body know if it's time to sleep, and help control your sleeping and waking up schedule. If you play video games late at night , a time where it's almost your bed time,it ruins your sleeping schedule.Because you're staying up playing games at times where you're supposed to sleep, and your brain will not get enough rest.
Even if video games can cause serious impact and bad effects on you, there's still some positive impacts on you for playing video games. Some video games could build your problem solving skills, improve teamwork, and boost your creativity. Games that involve building and creating things in game could boost your creativity. Multiplayer,or games that require a lot of communication and group work, could improve your teamwork and leadership skills. This happens because you need to work with different people to achieve and finish the game, and that requires lots of communication and teamwork.Games that have lots of problem/puzzle solving could help build your patience and problem solving skills, because in those games, you need to find solutions to solve problems or puzzles, and it may take longer than expected to find a solution and use the solution to solve the problems.
Physical games don't often require electronics to play.
Most physical games require running or any type of movement, which makes it healthier for your eyes than playing video games. Physical games often require movement skills, and sometimes need more people to play.
Playing physical games also can have positive impacts on you. Like, boosting your movement skills and can keep you fit. This is because the majority of physical games like tag, red light green light, dodgeball, require active movement. This enables you to exercise and move around alot.
However, physical games can have flaws and negative impacts on you or your life. This includes physical injuries, and danger. Both of these can happen when you trip, fall down, get hit, or play in an area that is not made for playing like roads or streets. These can have harmful impacts on you and your life because when you get injured like breaking a bone, you will feel pain or even feel afraid to play again.
In conclusion, both of these types of games have their own pros and cons. But in my opinion , physical games are better. This is because they are healthier for your eyes and can keep your body healthy.
